How do I return an item?
RETURNS At Great Affordable Favors, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in its original packaging for a full refund. Please contact us at Info@GreatAffordableFavors.com or 1-877-6-Favors within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized and the merchandise is returned to us, we will refund back to you the cost of the merchandise. Please note that personalized products are not returnable. Sorry no returns on sample orders. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Please note shipping costs are not returnable.
